Creatine Edge Fortress Systems
Effervescent Creatine Review

Regular creatine monohydrate may never be fully digested in the stomach before it moves to the small instestine which causes poor utilization by the body and can cause diarrhea. If the creatine passes through the body without being absorbed, it is not able to make its way to your muscle cells.

The effervescent reaction that happens when you mix Creatine Edge with water "predigests" the creatine outside the body so that the creatine is highly utilized when consumed. It enters the small intestine quicker and can be more easily absorbed.

Each packet of Effervescent Creatine Edge contains 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate and 20 g. of insulin-inducing dextrose in an effervescent formula for better utilization.

Ingredients: Dextrose, Creatine Monohydrate, citric acid, sodium bicarbinate, sodium cabinate, potassium bicarbinate, soda ash, orange flavor, steviocide, FD&C yellow #6.

There are 20 g. carbs, 320 mg. sodium, and 175 mg. potassium per serving 20 packets per box.

Recommended Use: Pour contents of one packet into 12 oz. water. Consume after powder fully dissolves in about 15 seconds.

Warning: Do not swallow powder undissolved.
