Seated Incline Dumbbell Curl
Exercise Instructions

Incline Dumbbell Curls

Purpose of Exercise: To develop the biceps. As a result of the incline you can achieve a greater range of motion which gives the biceps a better stretch.

Execution of Exercise: Hold two dumbbells with your palms facing your feet. Start with the dumbbells hanging by yourside, proceed by curling the dumbbells up through their full range of motion, pause briefly at the top, lower under control and repeat.

Important Points: Do not move the dumbbells up and down in a jerky or uncontrolled manner. Focus on your biceps. Incline curls can be done seated (up straight) or standing, you can alternate the dumbbells or do both arms at the same time.
